The Foundation

People today have the opportunity to be God's friend in which they can talk with Him and feel His Spirit

• Scripture teaches us that Adam, Abraham, Moses, John, Peter, Paul, and others had a relationship with God in which they talked with and/or felt God's Spirit 

A key to friendship is knowing one's name

• In the oldest biblical manuscripts (and this site), Father God is often referred by His Hebrew name of Elohim (אלהים) and Jesus by his Aramaic name of Yeshua (ישוע)  

It is helpful to know that Elohim and Yeshua can exist in different forms such as a Cloud or Light or Spirit. Biblical examples include:

  • Exodus 40:34-38 shows a Cloud is one of the forms of Father God

 • Acts 22:6-8 Yeshua reveals himself to Paul as The Light and talks with him

  • Act 16:6-7 refers to two Spirits, one is The Spirit of Yeshua and another, The Holy Spirit, who is Father God

  • 1Samuel 16:12-13 is Father God talking and then giving some of His Spirit to David

  • Ezekiel 1:28-2:2 is Father God conversing with Ezekiel while giving him some of His Spirit

  • In early Bibles (manuscripts), "The Holy Spirit" is often called "The Spirit of Holiness". It can be one of the forms of God or God giving some of His Spirit to people
